1. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item before it officially launches. This guarantees your order before products sell out. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be shipped once pre-orders begin fulfilling on February 24, 2025.

2. When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders will begin shipping on February 24, 2025. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified after purchase. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at 

4. What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

Your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

5. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges.

7. What if my order is lost or delayed?

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
